If you enjoy having a a cocktail from time to time, keep your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your handbag, your billfold, and keep all money, charge cards and checks out of the casino. Grab only the money you intend to use on alcohol, tips and whatever pocket change you intend to squander and keep the rest behind.

Cynical? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You can have a profit following a drunken evening out with your buddies and be lucky sufficiently to hook a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Hang on to that account seeing that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink alcohol and wager. The two simply don’t mix.

Keeping your moola out of the casino might be a little bit dramatic, but preventative measures for excessive actions is necessary. If you play to win, then don’t drink and bet. If you like to be wasteful with your assets nary a concern, then consume all the gratuitous alcohol your stomach can handle, but don’t carry credit cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your befuddled head squanders everything!

Let me to take this one step further. Don’t drink and then jump on the net to play in your preferred online casino either. I enjoy a beer from the coziness of my home, however since I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and bet.

Why? Even though I don’t drink alcohol to excess, once I drink, it’s certainly sufficient to blur my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. When mixed, both create an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
